Every event is different and that is why we work with you to tailor-make a complete package to meet all your requirements, giving you peace of mind on the day so you can run an event which is remembered for all the right reasons and is enjoyed by all that attend.

With RRS Ltd you will have a team of highly trained and experienced professionals on-site and ready to help make your event as safe and enjoyable as possible. 

After we receive your initial enquiry either by phone, email or contact form, one of the staff will start to put together a comprehensive event plan complying with current best practice and Health and Safety protocols. When this is complete we will be able to provide a quote which will always be very competitive without compromising the quality of cover you will receive.

Once we get your booking confirmed we will continue to work alongside you as much as you require to address any questions or concerns you may have. This support will continue right up to and include the day of your event when we arrive on-site and liaise with you or your team to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible.
